CROSS WITH CONFIDENCE
High-performance peripheral crossing catheters designed to deliver from any access site, available in .014”, .018”, and .035” diameters and lengths of 65 cm – 200 cm.
The Sublime™ Microcatheter Difference
The Sublime microcatheter is designed to provide superior bi-directional torque, kink resistance, and push needed to cross tough lesions while maintaining the flexibility to navigate extreme tortuosity. The secret: two locked-braided layers of stainless steel, wound opposite to each other to enhance torque transmission along the full length of the catheter, paired with 40 cm of best-in-class Pristyne™ hydrophilic coating on the distal end to optimize deliverability.
MICROCATHETER CROSS-SECTION
Pristyne™ hydrophilic coating designed to minimize vessel damage and spasm while optimizing trackability through distal tortuosity
Polymer outer jacket provides uniform device structure
Proprietary dual stainless steel, locked-braid layers work in unison to offer maximum torque control, push transmission, and deliverability
PTFE-lined inner lumen provides smooth device tracking over guidewires and when telescoping microcatheters
AVAILABLE IN STRAIGHT AND ANGLED TIP CONFIGURATIONS
DISTAL-TIP CONSTRUCTION

See how the Sublime Microcatheter Works
For years, high-performance torqueable microcatheters have enabled coronary operators to overcome the most extreme challenges presented by complex arterial disease. The Sublime microcatheter was designed to bring this performance to peripheral interventionalists from a radial or any alternate access approach.
The Value of Torquing
Conventional support catheters can meet resistance and fail to advance in highly stenotic and tortuous vessels – merely pushing the catheter harder may not help to advance the catheter across the stenosis, and the catheter may start to buckle or kink.
Torqueable catheters are able to transmit rotational force from hub to tip, allowing the catheter to rotate in the vessel, even when there is some resistance to both rotation and translation present.
Combining rotation with a more traditional push advancement technique ensures the catheter is operating in the lower “dynamic” friction state, allowing the catheter to advance more readily against resistance.
In addition, a “drilling” effect at the tip can also aid in crossing a challenging vascular roadblock.*
* Note: Rotation of the catheter more than two (2) consecutive rotations without distal rotation may result in separation of the catheter, damage to the catheter, or vessel injury.
Telescoping Capabilities
The .014” and .018” microcatheters can be telescoped through the .035” microcatheter to provide additional back up support and deliverability when traversing heavily stenosed lesions or tortuous anatomy.

Indications for Use: The Sublime microcatheter is intended to access the peripheral vasculature in order to facilitate the placement and/or the exchange of guidewires. The Sublime microcatheter is also intended to provide a conduit for the delivery of saline solutions or diagnostic contrast agents.
